t Treats By Meccaj, every order is handmade fresh with care and attention to quality.

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and treats, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds & Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos if applicable

We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and will work to make things right when appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Orders canceled after production has started
• Incorrect addresses entered by customers
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Melted or heat-affected products during transit
• Packages left outside after delivery
• Minor design or decoration variations on handmade treats
• Taste or texture preferences

Custom & Specialty Orders

Custom orders, holiday orders, and large event orders may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the agreed pickup window. Treats By Meccaj is not responsible for product quality after pickup has been completed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if preparation has not already begun.
